For everyone’s safety, all riders are expected to follow all road rules and safety instructions from your driver, which includes keeping belongings and body parts inside the bike while we are moving.
Please be respectful and courteous of lovely downtown Cuyahoga Falls. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, and littering are not permitted. Help us keep our community enjoyable for everyone.
For private tours, the bike can hold a maximum of 14 riders (10 pedaling seats and 4 non-pedaling seats). There is no minimum number of riders for private tours but the more the merrier! For public or themed tours, we rent by the seat, with a limit of 14 participants.
Tours typically last about 2 hours including any stops.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled ride to ensure everything is set and everyone is ready to go. If you’re running late, please call the number in your confirmation email to let us know ahead of time.
Passengers should ideally be 5’2” or taller to pedal the bike comfortably. Shorter passengers can ride but are encouraged to sit on a bench seat. Children who can sit securely in a seat are also welcome. The bike’s recommended weight limit per person is 300 lbs. If a rider exceeds this limit, they must occupy a non-pedaling bench, which is equivalent to two seats.
Not at all! Our bike’s electric assist system helps boost the bike, ensuring everyone has a smooth ride, even if someone gets a little tired along the way! There are also 4 seats available in the back portion of the bike for those who want to relax while the rest of the group pedals.
Yes! We have an amazing built in sound system and a microphone on the bike, so feel free to bring your playlist or pick from one of our premade ones. Just keep it somewhat PG! No Cardi B’s “WAP” down Front Street if you know what I mean.
Yes! As long as you are over the age of 21, you may bring and consume alcohol on board the party bike. Wine bottles and growlers are the only glass allowed on the bike and must be poured into a cup to be enjoyed. Each person is allowed 36 oz. of beer or 18 oz. of wine on the bike at a time. We will make stops throughout the tour at local bars, breweries, and restaurants as well.
Important: WE DO NOT SELL OR SERVE ANY ALCOHOL but riders of legal drinking age can bring their own and are expected to drink and behave responsibly. No one under the age of 21 will be permitted to drink alcohol on the party bike.
Yes, feel free to bring PG-rated decorations that can be securely attached to the bike as long as they don’t obstruct the bike’s functionality or safety.
We load and unload at our designated location at the Sheraton Suites Hotel (main entrance) which is located at 1989 Front Street, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
Private Tours: We will wait for all members of your group but will still end the tour on your scheduled time.
Public Themed Tours: Tours will leave on time with or without you, provided we have the minimum number of riders. No refunds will be given if you miss the tour.
The waiver link will be included in your booking confirmation email. Please forward this link to all riders in your group. If you don’t receive it, call us at 216-236-3870 to confirm your email.
We will ride, rain or shine! Unless you hear from us ahead of time, your tour is still on. Please dress for whatever weather may arise. Our riders’ safety will always be our top priority. If we deem it unsafe to ride, you and your group will receive a full refund. If we end a tour early, we will prorate a refund based on the time you missed out on.
We understand that unexpected things happen and we will always do our best to work with you. Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled ride are eligible for a full refund. You may also reschedule your ride up to 72 hours in advance at no additional charge. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your ride will forfeit the $150 deposit placed. One reschedule is permitted per group.
